This course is perfect for you if your new to lifting or want to refine your powerlifting foundation and want to feel more confident in the gym. If you’re ready to follow a structured programme,see measurable progress you’ll fit right in. You’ll also benefit from being part of a supportive team environment, with the opportunity to track your progress. compete, and continue your journey into long - term coaching.


What is the mock meet?

As part of this course you’ll experience an authentic powerlifting meet environment. It’s a high energy day surrounded by your community cheering you on, music, adrenaline, and nothing but positive, uplifting vibes! We will supply a professional videography & photography to capture your best lifts. We will wrap the day up by presenting awards and medals followed by a social event to top of an incredible day of celebrating your success.


What are the payment options?

Entry to the course is £600 which can be paid as a one off payment or in 3 monthly installments of £200. This is paid via Stripe subscription, once your first payment has been received you are commiting to the full 12 weeks. No cancellation or refunds under any circumstances once enrolled.
